Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. If you spot an error in your shipping details or product selection, email support@indiandecars.in immediately. While we cannot guarantee updates, we will do our best to help before the order leaves our facility.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with during transit, refuse delivery or make a note with the courier and notify us within 24 hours. Share clear photos of the outer packaging and the product so we can liaise with the logistics partner for investigation.Each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. Should you face a product concern after delivery, contact us so we can troubleshoot or share any manufacturer support guidance that may be available.
