Shipping Methods & Charges
We partner with reliable courier services chosen according to your destination and the nature of the products in your cart. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated during checkout. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly highlighted on the website.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Products that require additional lead time will show updated timelines on their respective pages.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier II & Tier III cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times can fluctuate due to courier workload, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We will inform you proactively if we anticipate delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing the courier partner’s name and a tracking number. Use the tracking details to monitor the progress of your package on the courier’s portal.If a shipment is returned to us because it was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the delivery failure resulted from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the package appears damaged or the shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, notify us within 24 hours. Attach clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product wherever possible to help us work with the courier and resolve the issue swiftly.
